Class Summary: This is an Introduction to Cooking with Emphasis on Baking class, where we will learn basic cooking skills to include:
– How to safely use kitchen utensils
– How to measure
– How to read a recipe

Some of the food items we will learn to make as a class are:
– Tortillas
– Biscuits
– Pizza Dough
– Cookies
– Cupcakes – and we will decorate them in class!

IMPORTANT: Please provide any food allergies before the start of classes.

Class Fee to be paid at the start of 1st class: $25 (food/supplies)
