Class Summary: This is an Introduction to Cooking class emphasizing baking, where we will learn basic cooking skills and create delicious recipes together in the kitchen. We will not just be cooking but also learning about math, science, and other cultures and various cooking styles, skills, and techniques. Students will be encouraged to explore different tastes and always practice kitchen safety. There is a $25 cooking supply fee due on each student’s first day of class.
IMPORTANT: Please provide any food allergies before the start of classes.
